Text message terms

These terms cover text messages sent by Oneco Concrete & Asphalt, Inc., which operates this site as PEMB Foundations.

The program

Oneco Concrete & Asphalt lead alerts notify the company’s own co-owners and designated employees that a customer has submitted a bid or estimate request through one of our websites, so the request can be answered promptly. Messages go only to staff who have expressly agreed to receive them. Customers are not sent text messages under this program.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with customer inquiries. Message and data rates may apply — what your carrier charges for a text is between you and your carrier.

Stopping and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation that you are unsubscribed, and nothing further.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
